I forgot to use my debit card 10 times this month and they charged me $10 monthly service fee, so I called them back to ask if it can get refunded because I had used my card 9 times and only needed 1 more transaction, the rep said they could only re-fund $2.50! WHAT!?!?!? I use this account pay all our CCs which is 20+, I re-ordered my Discover Debi card because Im not sure if I want to use my wells at the moment. I have 2 savings acct that also get activity,

I got annnoyed with the hoops you have to jump through with brick and mortar banks so i took out all my money from WF and opened up an Money Market Account at Ally, where i get 20x+ better interest rate, i use my checking with alliant credit union that gets me .68% interest on an checking account which didn't happen with WF. I have ranted about WF before but its all brick and mortar banks that are like that. I would think about cutting your losses and moving to another bank
Im thinking about it, I did like the fact that citi didnt charge a fee to transfer money for next day delivery to my Discover checking unlike Wells that charged $3.00 for standard delivery and for express or next day its more,
I'm not a fan of the big banks for checking and savings. Find a CU and join. You'll be glad you did.

online bank(Ally, Barclays, GE, cap one 360) or CU are really good choices imo. You can get up to 25x better rates on savings accounts. I don't have all that much in my savings account but every little bit counts.
I hate when they nickel and dime you for everything. It angries up the blood.
I really do need to find a CU, my whole family banks with Wells Fargo and it makes it easier when transfering money without having to go to the ATM.
I ended up closing both WAY2SAVE Checking and Savings. Feels good...

It really depends on how much you need to go into an actual bank? If the answer is not very often to that question there are an bunch of national CU you can take an look at that may be able to satisfy your needs. I personally like alliant for their .68% interest checking its not an lot , but its something every little bit counts.
