I process the American Dream, literally.  I work for the USCIS where I handle applications and checks for people wanting to become legal citizens in the US.

Medical assistant. Working in a private practice for an Orthopedic Hand Surgeon. My wife is active duty military. Army. Came across this site at work, and am on it mostly at work. Don't tell my boss.
