If you can get the Visa Signature version, its 1.5% cash back on everything. Otherwise, the visa version just gives 1%.
Its an FNBO card, so they are picky about having too many INQ's, and you get free Experian FICO scores.

The JC Penney white card is old stock. The black cards are the in cards today.
Not really white as it is clear, but I do like the Amex Everyday (& Preferred).
The Visa stratus is white. The other common ones I think have been mentioned. Some CUs have white cards as well (I think First Tech Federal CU's Visa is white).
