Back on the topic of Capitol One pics, they're pretty strict; even confusing at times. My card is a pic I took in New Orleans, a sign that says "Bourbon St" that's covered in Mardi Gras beads. I sent that in and it was approved. Fast forward a few years later: I wanted to crop the same photo differently, sent it in and got denied. Grounds of no pictures that "glorify drug or alcohol abuse". Huh? So I asked for another card with the original pic and they sent it to me, no problem.

Go ahead and try sending in the pic you want. Worst thing they'll do is simply say no.
