they are custom making those by saving images they have found online

Piece together pics of the cards that you have from the internet -- on photoshop, ms paint, or whatever you want. Upload the pic to imageshack, photobucket, or whatever hosting site you want. Then post <img src="your Image location"> in your siggy.
