well tonight thats what ill need.
i HAD an iphone 5 64gb from at&t.
well someone decided to take it out of my northface.
i was treating my freind for his 21'st birthday and well you know the 2 places you go for that. if you dont refer to the thread title.
anyways i sign to pay for .... and i have my phone.
30 minutes later wala. phone is gone. and called it and its off.
as soon as i got home i went on icloud and went into find my iphone. it was obviosuly off so i left a nice message saying if you ever turn it on im pressing charges.
this is my second iphone that's gotten taken from me.
anyways i got the phone on launch day at an at&t store.
purched the 100 apple protection never thought id need it.
anyways i pif on my cc so i can ethier go through them or go through apple care which i obviously bought.
would i have to go to apple to get a replacement or could i get it from an at&t store?
thanks in advance. .
lets just say this night is costing me more then a holiday shopping spree....

well heres the update.
i bought it with my amex this time.
applecare-no go
cc- no go
at&t- no go.
paid 901 after taxes for a no upgrade 64gb iphone 5
at least i got black this time (which is what i wanted originally) not the point but yeah.
the cc i used has warranty extension but does not replace lost/ stolen/ or i guess broken screens.
transffered my applecare for no charge though.
moral of the story leave your phone in your locked car.
unless somebody takes that too. then your really screwed.
util will be a mess until next month.
night cost me about 1800. happy 21st josh(not me lol)

OUCH, I dumped mine in the toilet. I added my mom to our account and used her upgrade to purchase a new one. I sold the wet one to Verizon for $140, so it cost me $60. Lesson learned about the toilet.

Mine stays in my front pants pocket and for whatever reason, I'm that person that checks my pockets every couple of moments trying to be as subtle as possible.

Consider yourself lucky. Most times when you try to sell a phone back they check the phone and the battery to make sure it hasnt been exposed to excessive moisture. If it has they wont purchase it.

+1
I told the salesguy that it went swimming and he didn't care. Maybe it was his last day there, who knows?

Can't really check the battery of an iphone, since it's built-in.
