ipod and audio books

Has anyone ever downloaded audio books onto an ipod.  Where does one find audio books to download that won't cost a fortune.

DW has an iPhone and downloads ebooks via Barnes & Noble and iTunes. It isn't that expensive (compared to CDs, packaging, etc.).

Try audible.com....pretty much have any book I have ever looked for.  One warning, when I first used and Ipod for this, it was a shuffle...you have no control, only start stop...so if you someone loose your place, you have to start all the way at the beginning.  So use one that has the little circly control thingy (tech talk!)
