need some help with sig

I have read the sticky but for some reason I cannot do it. Would anyone be kind enough to make me one.

The cards I would need are Amex PLat, SPG amex, DiscoverIT, Chase Freedom, Chase Saphhire Preferred.

Start with that and add to it for the other cards you want.  Find your image urls with google image search.
