My husband was late paying while he was traveling overseas back in September. We are building a house and went to get the loan all finished up, they pulled credit again and WHAM! We are screwed. My husband has called ACS and everyone tells him no they will never remove a late payment. I see success stories about sending goodwill letters to ACS all over the place but cannot find a contact to send the letter to. If anyone has the info and is willing to share I would be so forever grateful. And could possibly even be bribed
