ACS/SLFC not reporting correctly....need reliable contact information

I finished rehabilitation payments on my student loans November 2012, after which I consolidated through Sun Trust.  All original lenders EXCEPT ACS/SLFC are reporting my student loans correctly...current, paid or pays as agreed, etc.  ACS is reporting my balance at $0 but in the status line says "Account 120 days past due".  I had three accounts with them and one of the accounts is actually reporting as 180 days past due DURING the time of my rehabilitation payments!  All three accounts were included in the rehab and in the current consolidation per the federal loan website. 

My question is - does anyone have contact information they can PM me besides their email system on the website?  I tried that and have not received a response from them at all.  Thanks!
