ACS deleted account history

Check my equifax report today. ACS remove all monthly payment history. FICO score jump 60 pionts

Starting FICO scores EX- 422 Feb/2013

NEW 12/13/13 FICO scores
Ex- 638, EQ- 658, TU- 646

Almost there Goal 660 across the board

Because I file a complaint with CFPB stating that I was in a forbearance at the time the late marks were reported. I sent copies of my credit report and  forbearance sheet. I guess they got tried of me and just deleted the whole account history. PLus my loans with ACS are paid in full. But on my experience report it still shows the negative late marks.
