This weekend I sent a GW request through my online account but would also like to send email and snail mail. Other than the address on record, does anyone have a contact?
I faxed and mailed stuff in and will PM you the info. IME, I didn't have much luck with AES until I showed them the discrepancies on my reports... I would definitely start there (ie, seeing if there are any discrepancies in your reports).

I received my response last night via secure message. Essentially, they will not be deleting any derog info. I will keep up the campaign however.
