Any luck having ACS removed after rehab?

I am having the hardest time getting ACS removed after I rehabbed the loan. The CA that was collecting has been removed and my loan has been picked up by a new lender, though they are not reporting as yet.  Last year when I was making my rehab payments, an ACS representative told me they would remove the trade lines after they get word of the rehab being completed.  Now, everytime I call them, they keep saying they don't have any information because the loan was sold and to call the new servicer.  I am going in circles....urg!!

I am in the same boat. They act like they can't help me at all. I don't get it.
EX: 609 (FAKO) 5/4/13
EQ: 627(FICO) 5/4/13
TU: 602 (FICO) 5/4/13 TU08 Bankcard (MB): 629 *250-900 scale*

Goal: 700 Across the board In Garden until 11/1/13
Merrick Bank (0/500) Cap 1 Secured (0/201) Cap 1 Plat (0/300)
