Can someone help? Sallie Mae and BofA

I have two student loans. 1 from Sallie Mae and1 from BofA.They have both been on my report for a year already. They say student loan payment defferred. What exactly does that mean and how will it affect me later on? As of now, all of my credit reports say that I have zero debt. When will these, if ever, show as debt in my credit report. Will they affect me as bad as a regular trade line if I do not keep them under 30%? HELP???

deferred means you are in school & are not paying your loans at the moment.  it's not a negative thing.  no, they do not affect you the same as a regular trade line if you do not keep them under 30%.
