Does anyone have any contact info for citi student loans for corporate or executive customer service?
I was up to date and current, a supervisor changed my graduation date from 8/2009 to 12/2009 and then back to 8/2009. why?? I don't know. somehow I now have a forbearance for Feb and March 2010. I started making payments Feb 2010- after my 6 month grace period and was always on time. Now some how they have me as behind 1 month. I would think that if my graduation date was 12/2009 then I should be a few months ahead?? right??? I don't understand- I speak to sales reps and they understand, then I get to a supervisor and they say there is nothing they can do. I don't have the money for an attorney and contacted my states attorney general already. Any suggestions? I would love an upper level contact so I can get this squared away. I'm so frustrated. Thanks!
