Consolidated, but still have two accounts being reported

About 6 years ago I consolidated my student loans. I currently have two different loans showing up with the SCSLC. One is around $11,000 and the other is around $2,000. Shouldn't there just be one account being reported if they were really consolidated??

Are these federal loans?  If so, what type were they?  I had both subsidized and unsubsidized Stafford loans, and the two types were consolidated seperately to preserve the interest benefits on the subsidized balance.  I think Perkins loans may also be consolidated seperately because they have slightly different terms and benefits from Staffords.

When you consolidate perkins loans, you loose the terms and benefits.
