Does anyone have the best contact info for sending a goodwill letter?  Wold like a higherup persons contact info that can help me.

But I can tell you from personal experience that Fedloan doesnt do gw adjustments for late payment. I have been bombarding them with gw letters for over a year. They will not budge. smh. Good luck though
