To be completely honest I would say any chances of a PFD with FedLoan are zero. They are one of the most difficult servicers to work with when it comes to any credit reporting issue or request. They are known to be critically by-the-book and make zero adjustments. I have never heard of a goodwill from FedLoan, nor are they known to retroactively change negative credit reporting after granting forbearance status' for their customers (which is a violation of the FCRA). In short, they are stiff and no help at all. If you have success please update!
