Frustrated with AES and rehabbed student loans

My husband defaulted on his student loans. We completed rehab in the end of January. They were picked up by Suntrust end of February. His CR still has not been updated and we need it to update to obtain a mortgage. Does anyone have any experience with how long this takes?

My loans were picked up by Suntrust after rehab ended in February.  They are not listed on my reports either, though I figure it is because the first payment isn't due until June.  Have you made a payment to them yet?

Haven't made a payment yet. It was supposed to be April 1st, but I got a letter stating $0.00 was due. Logged in online to see if it was correct and it said the same, $0.00. According to the letter I received on Saturday, that was not the case :/

They did, however, say that it was submitted to the CRA's on March 9th. So it hold update soon. I hope it's the same for you!
