and it wasnt horrible. I tried the regular channels...and got the same line about how it can't be done. Eventually, I got sick of them not calling me back (when I would ask for a manager). Anyway, I documented all of my problems reaching them....then sent a letter to the CEO explaining my frustration with their horrible customer service. I found his fax number on google...and sent it. Two weeks later I got a notice saying the late payment would be removed from all 3 credit bureaus. Go way up the tree....the only way to get it done.
