Nothing earthshattering in this post, just me venting over a minor issue.
I called FedLoan last week and specifically asked for some sort of a statement that would show the periods in which my student loans were in deferment or forbearance since they were transferred to FedLoan from DLS in 2013. The rep I spoke to said she could do that and I'd receive it in 5-7 days.
Got a letter from them in the mail yesterday that just shows the amounts and dates when the loans were consolidated, nothing about deferment or forbearance.
Grr. If I'd wanted that info, I'd have asked for it!
