Has anyone had luck getting late payments changed from Nelnet

I need to send some GW letters to them,  have been making my payments and then i was unemployed for sometime.. got into new job back in December and started getting everything in order except for this... got hit with a 90 day late.. hopefully theyll be able to help me out

Well No luck with Nelnet... Got a letter stating they are reporting everything correctly, No sure what to do now, Just let it go or try again?  Any ideas? 
Also, that's what I did I faxed them and then I also mailed them a letter.
