I have student loans that I rehabbed. Everything looks good on the new loans now, but the original loans were with Wells Fargo and they show as 9 derogs on my credit report. On my EX report they all show status of "Claim filed with government" and with the additional statement "Student loan permanently assigned to government" on them.
Has anyone had any success with GW for Wells Fargo? Also, exactly how badly are these affecting my score?
