How long do Student Loans remain on credit report

After a student loan is paid off in full, how long does it remain on your credit report? (assuming no lates or delinquencies)

After it's paid off and closed it's like all other types of accounts. Closed accounts generally report for about 10 years from the closing date. Sometimes a CRA will delete early but 10 years seems to be a good rule of thumb. A lucky few will have closed accounts report for longer than 10 years.
