My 5 loans are with EDFINANCIAL/EDSOUTH. After having defaulted on my loans and re-assigned to the goverment (DOE) and after having completed the 12 mos Rehab plan, now I need help on how to delete the CO status from the OC "EDFINANCIAL" It's has been almost 5 yrs since I defaulted from the OC but I would like to have them removed sooner so I can purchase a home. Any suggestions?
