I NEED HELP with Charge off...paid in full "UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX"

HELLO ALL,

I attended University of Phoenix and was not able to complete the course due to personal issues.

However, I paid the outstanding balance but it still show as charge off and this is hurting my credit score BIG time.

Sounds like you paid the balace after it charged off -- at this point the best course would be to GW them.

Thank you for the suggestion. I will be send them a GW letter and hopefully they can update my account.
