Has anyone had an issue with this contact information that is being PM'd? I have sent multiple emails, about once a month and have never received a response of any kind. I did receive a "read receipt" once, but that has been all. I plan to email and also try sending a typed letter c/o the contact. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear that they haven't responded to you. I've never heard back from anyone else that I passed the information along to, so I don't know what the deal is there.
If you send them snail-mail, you might try sending it certified, as that would require a signature that would get sent back to you as confirmation that it was received. Despite that, though, there's no way I know of to guarantee a response.

I would really appreciated if you could PM me email address you used to contact MOHELA and the email you sent to them. They have beena pain in my buttocks. Thanks again
