Late payments w/ Dept of Ed. (Navient)

I have some late payments with some student loans that were reported back in 2013. I am currently in good standings on my student loans. Has anyone asked, and had late payments removed? Just curisou as they are the only lates showing on my credit report.

I just sent a goodwill letter a few days ago to have late payments removed. I'll update when I hear anything
