Lates showing while loans were in forbearance with Navient

[ Edited ]

Two of my federal student loans are showing 90 day lates from back in 2011. They are now paid/consolidated with FedLoan. This information is inaccurate since all 16 of my loans with them were in forbearance at the time (and why are just 2 of them showing lates????). I sent them a copy of the forbearance granted letter for the time frame They have refused to remove the lates. I also subsequently sent this info to the CRAs requesting removal. So far EQ has refused to remove. TU and EX are still pending. Any advice/tips/ideas on how I can get these removed?? I know they are not likely to be damaging my score much at this point but they are still inaccurate and i want them off!
