It was just a bunch of email addresses. I've never had anyone actually respond to my many, many, many emails. Once I had just a general customer service person indirectly respond via their crazy private email/messaging system. They did not say anything. All attempts to respond to their communication via their system went unanswered. Boo Nelnet. I can't wait for the federal government to stop using private student loan payment collection services. These people make money hand over fist, even after defrauding the US government and loosing lawsuits. They never even had to pay the damages.
