Nelnet... Lates hurting me bad

So long story short I didn't do what i was suppose to and got about 13 late payments from nelnet.. I've tried to GW. Emailed all the higher ups and got no help. Any suggestions I plan on sending out GW letters every month but these guys don't want anything to do with me. Any information is appreciated.

I graduated early moved out from my parents and figured they would never catch up to me. I was going to school to be a physical therapist and ended up dropping out. I was immature and im paying for it now. I was reading about a loan forgiveness program for law enforcement so i might see if i qualfiy for that.
