Paid (defaulted) student loan question

I had two smaller student loans - one was defaulted, one was not.

1st loan - Defaulted - paid in several lump sum payments with the last lump sum payment in early 2013.  It was never "rehabbed" it was just paid over the course of two years in several large payments.

2nd loan - Positive TL - final payment in lump sum in late 2013.

Both were Sallie Mae loans.  Smiley Frustrated

My problem is this; the defaulted loan is reporting as a negative trade line both by Sallie Mae and by the CA who was "servicing" it.  So it looks like I have three student loans, one good and two bad.  They all show paid.

They can't both report, current?  Can I dispute the CA now that it is paid and ask that only Sallie Mae report it?  They won't ever like me but my lates are falling off every month so some day it WILL be a positive TL.

Thanks for your help!
