I have a 60/90/120 lates from Navient reporting on my private student loan payments. I have been in a rate reduction program for almost all of 2017. The problem is is every time I call to discuss the late payments with them I get different information each time. The representatives are telling me different things and contradicting themselves. I have always been in communication with them and always making the payments they tell me will keep me current.
I have disputed them with the CRA but Navia aunt says that everything they are reporting is factual. How can I dispute them and get them removed?
