QUICK QUESTION...WHEN DOES DEFAULT STATUS DROP OFF SL?
Started the loan rehab program with Pioneer, just curious when the default status comes off? Is it 9 months (or more) whenever a new lender picks up the loan? and does anyone know if you can qualify for a VA loan still if your in the rehab program or do you have to wait?

You have to wait until after the rehab is funded...you will not qualify for a VA loan while the loan is still in default. They have 90 days to update your credit report.
