well i rehabbed 7 loans in default with navient,the collections accounts come off fast,the loans was bought back by navient,i disputed all 7 late loans with CRs as soon as they come out of rehab,EQ took them off for a month n then they come back,disputed again like 5 days ago think they come off again,TU never removed the late accounts,EX put payment status as unknown instead of 120 days late,there are other student loan forums on here for you to read.ive wrote prolly 10 goodwill letters to navient,finally ceo said he would request removale of any assigned to the goverment on all the loans,which is suppossed to help still waiting on that to happen should be soon.other forums on here some people got all late accounts removed and some dont,makes no since to me,either yourlucky or ur not,ive got equifax to remove the lates hopefully but not the other 2,all 3 have the good accounts back dated to the original date of loan which is great,but im thinking the lates are killing me especially 120 days late,ive researched for like 2 months and read the lates are suppossed to come off after rehab n some say they dont,i wish you luck on getting them off,
