Rehab Questions

Hi folks.

So I started rehab 4 months ago. It looks like I know have duplicate reports for my student loans

For every Dept of Ed/Navient line (all have 0 balances with missed payments on them) I have a US Dept of Ed with the balance on their and 1 missed payment. Im confused as to why this may be. There didnt use to be two for each.

On my reports those were the collection account associated with each of my defaulted loans. Once I completed the rehab program, all of the tradelines for US Dept of Ed were deleted. I'm still waiting for the original defaulted tradelines to update.
