Re: Rehab loan being picked up by suntrust??

Yes. I had consolidated my loans with Nelnet before I became deliquent so the original account with US DOE says "refinanced" and the deliquent account from Nelnet is listed under Potential Negative Closed and the status says "Claim filed with government for insured portion of balance on loan".

I rehabbed through AES and there is no entry at all from that vendor so I'm not sure exactly how it's going to look when it's all said and done.

I am just so unsure of how this will work out. I am really hoping for a big score increase for her

Re: Rehab loan being picked up by suntrust??

I understand. I just signed up for credit monitoring and I'm checking every day. I'll update this thread once something changes. Until then, I guess we gotta be patient. :-) I figure just having the accounts go current will be a positive even if the score increase isn't huge right away.
