Rehabbing Loans under Loan Forgiveness

Based on my income and family size my current student loan payment is $0 and are all being reported as paid on time. I am also in the Loan Forgiveness program since I work in public safety.

Will it still be possible for me to rehab those loans and if so, how?

All have various recent lates :-(

Re: Rehabbing Loans under Loan Forgiveness

You can only rehab loans that are in a default status.  If your loans are currently enrolled in IBR and reporting as "paid as agreed" then they are not default and cannot be rehab'd.  You can try goodwill letters to remove the lates.
