Removing lates from TX Guaranteed?

Hello everyone! I've been reading some older posts on this subject but I'm wondering if anyone can answer this specific question---is there anyway to get late pays removed off TX Guaranteed accounts on my CR? I am trying to clean up my credit report and I know these are hurting me really bad.

I've contacted them once and realize they won't GW and from what I've read that's pretty much the deal with them. Any suggestions??

Are you defaulted?? Are your student loans rehabilitated??

I was in the rehab program and then all of a sudden my tax refund was deducted the amount I owed, so now they are paid in full.

In that case, your student loan should be showing as a paid collection account; therefore, any non-payments will not be removed and credit report not cleared.
