Reporting incorrectly

I have been in school off and on and when I have been out of school I have always been on some sort of deferment or foreberrance.However looking at my credit report which I just got in the mail today. I see some 60 day lates with Mohela. What should I do to get this fixed?

Start with calling customer service and find out what went wrong.

Do you have any documentation showing you were in deferment/forebearance at those times?  That would be ideal.

By all means contact them and find out what the problem is. I had a similar issue with Sallie Mae where they had reported a 60-day late . I contacted them as well as mailed a copy of the credit report to them. Still waiting for an answer from them or a change in my reports. Good luck
