I have two private student loans from SallieMae that are charged off. I understand that since they are private they will not qualify for the rehab program. What are my options? I don't have the money to pay them, I may be able to swing $100 a month payment plan. I'm currently in school full time.
How does SOL work here? I live in Florida, but at the time of signing the loan I was a NY resident. Thanks in advance.
