Sallie Mae GW Template

I'm new to the forum and starting my rebuild. My search has not given me the desired result. Is there a GW template that I can use for 6-year-old student loans with Sallie Mae? I would appreciate a link.

Loans of 20k originated 10 years ago and defaulted 6 years ago. Loans have been rehabbed and transferred, but Sallie Mae still reports 120-day late on 6 separate accounts. Balances are reported as $0 with last activity in 2006. I would like to try GW, but any and all advice is appreciated.
