Sallie Mae Joint Account Reporting Differently on Spouses Report

Sallie Mae is reporting correctly on my credit reports but is reporting negative on my wifes credits reports. Shouldn't the same account on each of our reports be identical, since the account is a joint account?
The account is Current, and Paying As Agreed, etc., on my reports but showing as deliquint on my wifes.

Re: Sallie Mae Joint Account Reporting Differently on Spouses Report

Who is the primary loan holder?  What type of loan is it (private, federal consolidation)?  It sounds like on your report, the loan is completely positive with no late marks?  What late marks and status are appearing on your wife's report?  Are you 100% sure you are looking at the same loan, and not another student loan that your wife may have?  (It is common for student loans to be left out of a consolidation, or forgotten.)  What is the correct reporting for the loan?
