Small student loan, no cosigner - feasible?

I need a small (under $2000) private student loan for this coming school year, but I have no cosigner. I am in school already and have no income. My credit is good. Would any place consider me or is this unlikely?

The no income part might me a large problem with private loans. Are you already tapped out of federal loans?

Re: Small student loan, no cosigner - feasible?

I would start looking for a credit union.  I belive you have your best chance getting a student loan from there.

You say your credit is "good" what does that mean in FICO numbers?

Maybe take some classes at your local community college b/c they can be much cheaper.
