If my loans have been deferred for the past 6 months and bulding up principal, does that hurt my FICO score?

I have found getting installment loans off of 100% utl gets a small FICO boost- 
 
I had my consolidated SL's on interest only (still do) but increased my auto-payment - as soon as some principal started coming off- FICO was happier.
