I finished the 9 months & after that, everything went exactly as I was told by the performant rep. It took about 45days or so for performant to transfer my loan to a company called Navient. Navient has since honored the agreement & they set me up for a payback plan at 50.00 per month. I signed up for the autopay & they have remained true to form since. The BEST thing, they report my loans as (4)separate loans totalling the originally owed amount backdated to the the year I got my loans 2002 as having paid on time. That hiked my score up consioderably.
Happy to say that with that and a few other moves I made. My scores are peaking 756 & 767, from the 601 it was a year ago.
