Student Loan Recovery Lane

I finally completed my rehab.  Noticed today that my servicer - NELNET - has updated my credit reports and back dated my loans. My negative TL's had been removed months ago... I received a small bump in credit score.   What's weird is I haven't received any information from NELNET since they took over my loan again.  Should I contact them?

Re: Student Loan Recovery Lane

I would definitely make sure you know where and when to send payments, and also the amount due.  That initial contact is a good time to start the process of choosing a payment plan if you want something other than the standard as well.  Don't let this go too long, you don't want something like a letter lost in the mail to cause you to wind up with a late payment.
