Student Loan out, any positive feedback on credit?

I have a loan with Fed Loan Services.  I'm new to all this credit reporting and everything so I just had a couple questions that I would appreciate an answer to.

Loans are on pause until January 2013.  Amount is out for $15,000 and expected payments are $200/month.

1) Would it make a difference to my credit score if I overpaid my student loans?

2) Does having the loan on pause look bad on my credit?

3) Will paying off the student loan look good on my credit?

I know they're dumb questions, but I really have no idea how all this works!!!

I appreciate all the help I can get! Thanks!
