To dispute or not dispute?

I'm trying to get into contact with the credit department for Direct Loans and everything I've checked online seems to lead to a dead end (in terms of contact info). They've erroneuosly have been reporting negative tradelines on my credit report but when I call them I get an automated machine that says that I'm in good standing.

Is there an ombudsman I can contact or someone from their credit department?

if not, should I dispute with TU,EX,EQ to get someone to, at the very least, talk to me?

List the contact numbers and addresses you are using. Your Direct Loans are through the Dept. of Education, right? You know they switched servicing agents Sept 2011. https://www.myedaccount.com/ is where I've paid my Direct Loans for nearly the past year.
