To pay or not to pay?

Okay, I took out a loan mid semester last semester. After reading a couple of the threads I'm confused if I should start making small payments on it to bring my util down. Will it help my score at all with it reporting as deferred? WIll it reflect the payments?

Re: To pay or not to pay?

installment loan UTL is a very small number of points.

Re: To pay or not to pay?

Most of my negatives are falling off by the time I graduate in 2010. My most recent hits only add up to around $1000 and are 3 years old. Should I work on paying those even though they are co already? I was just gonna throw something at my student loans every month.
